What if my record arrives damaged?

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, sometimes damage does occur during transit. If you have any issues with your delivery please refer to our return policy .

Why provide record cleaning for new records?

Pressing plants are not perfect environments which leaves room for dust and debris to enter your record grooves. We offer our cleaning service so that your records are free of most dirt, dust, packaging debris, and static. This ensures that you will have a high quality listening experience right out of the box.
